Warranty and Returns

All sales are final.

These knobs were made for you, and now they’re with you forever. Congratulations.

If your item arrives damaged, email me within 7 days with photos. Exact replacements are generally not available due to the whimsical nature of artistic expression. Replacement items will be selected using that same sense of whimsy.

If something seems off, tell me. I can’t promise I can do anything about it, but I will respond.

It’s case-by-case. Mostly based on vibes.

Things I will absolutely not take back:

• Anything you broke while installing
• Anything you scratched, dropped, or “accidentally modified”
• Returns because you changed your mind or discovered you hate joy

Knobably knobs are made by hand in small batches. Small blemishes and imperfections, unrelated to function, may be present; it's why having a good therapist is really important.
